Where the Buffalo Roam

Wednesday, March 30, 2022

I grew up in Kansas singing about living in the lands "where the buffalo roam," but thanks to the internet, I've learned that it should be "where the bison roam!" No matter how hard I try though, I just can not seem to call this a bison. It's a buffalo to me!

4-H Grows Here!

Thursday, March 24, 2022

I learned to sew in 4-H. Now, my own boys are in 4-H, and I teach quilting to 4-H kids in our county in Missouri. 4-H holds a special place in my heart, so when JoAnn Fabric & Craft Stores asked if I would make a quilt with their new 4-H fabrics, I shouted YES!!
