A couple weeks ago, Karlee Porter shared on Instagram how she was making a puff quilt on her longarm. I instantly thought, "Why didn't I think of that?!" So I HAD to make one! (Check out the one Karlee made HERE!)
A Quilt Fit For a Cowboy
Thursday, December 8, 2022
I knew a friend of mine was having a baby boy, and she was decorating the nursery with a cowboy theme. I ordered the fabric and thought I had plenty of time to make the quilt - until the baby came a month early!
Mermaid Hydra Quilt + TGIFF
Thursday, November 24, 2022
Last Christmas, I received a mystery box of fabric on my porch. I hadn't ordered it, and after some sleuthing, I found out it was a gift from Benartex, the fabric company! Inside was a bundle of fabric from the Mystical Mermaids collection! I immediately knew I wanted to use it to make a Hydra quilt!

A PINK Quilt with Island Batik!
Thursday, October 20, 2022
October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, also called Pinktober. I've had two friends diagnosed with breast cancer this year, so it feels a little more personal than in years past.
I've teamed up with several other bloggers to make quilts with breast cancer awareness fabrics from Island Batik. Be sure to scroll to the end of this post and check out what they made!
A PINK Quilt with JOANN
Friday, October 7, 2022
Breast cancer statistics always feel so...unrelatable. Until this year. Two of my friends are among the nearly 300,000 women that will be diagnosed in the US this year. They have faced their battles with dignity, bravery, and strength. As a quilter, I feel compelled to encourage them on their journey by making quilts!
I've partnered with JOANN to make an all PINK quilt!
October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, and you can make a donation at the register at your local JOANN store through October 29th to support the Susan G. Komen Foundation and their efforts to make an impact on research, health, and advocacy.
