This pattern is great for scraps in your favorite colors! Or you could fussy cut the fabrics to show off your favorite things!
Of course I used turquoise in mine - always my favorite color!
I used 50wt Aurifil thread for all the piecing, the applique of the flames, and the walking foot quilting.
A scrap of 80/20 batting is inside, and I sewed one of my quilt labels into the binding too. (Binding tutorial here.)
